• Regular Training Board – $850.00 per month
  • Includes grooming three-four days a week, assistance with tack up and put away, tack cleaning, minor non-clinical medical care and treatment - client is expected to help to the extent time permits
• Partial Month Regular Training Board – $35.00 per day
  

• Lesson (Private and Group) -- $45.00 per lesson
• Training Rides -- $35.00 per ride
• Rehabilitation Rides -- $10.00 per ride

• General Grooming and Schooling Supplies per Horse – $50.00 per month
  • Includes use of shampoo, show sheen, fly spray, brushes, towels, other grooming products and supplies, practice baby pads, bandages, schooling coolers and sweat sheets, tack cleaning products and supplies, laundry services
  • Does not include laundering and/or dry cleaning of blankets and sheets, use of tack, blankets, show pads or coolers, bell boots, shin boots, turnout fly sheets
• Clipping (ears, face, bridle path, legs) -- $30.00
• Body Clipping -- $125.00
• Mane Pulling -- $20.00
• Lungeing/Training Work in Walker -- $20.00
• Medications/Therapeutic Treatments separate appropriate charge
• Magnetic Blanket and Foot Pad

• Shipping
  • Out of town -- $1.25 per mile
  • Locally (less than 30 miles -- $40.00 each way
• Other -- any other care and services, medical treatments, etc. will be billed per hour or portion thereof -- $20.00 per hour

• 15% commission on all sales and purchases
• 20% commission on all leases

All Board and Supply Fees are payable in advance by the 10th of every month. All other fees and expenses are payable by the 10th of the following month. Any delinquent charges shall bear interest at the rate of 1 ½% per month. Rates are subject to change from time to time upon posting at the barn.
